Ingredients
8 oz. Salt fish, prepared
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 onion
1 bunch of parsley
1 egg, beaten
1 cup water
¼ tsp. of baking soda
1 cup flour
3 cups oil, for frying
Sea-Salt
Preparation
In a food processor add the onion, parsley, garlic and salt fish, blend until fine. Add the egg and water, stirring. Gradually add in the flour mixed with baking soda, mixing well until dough is light. Let stand a few minutes while you heat the oil to 330° in a frying pan. Fry large tablespoons of dough, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Serve at once with lemon wedges.
