That’s been our promise to our customers since 1971, when our first order of salted cod arrived at our Massachusetts facility from the Gaspé Peninsula in Canada.

In addition to offering Gaspé Cured™ Cod, we now also offer three other popular brands: Cristobal® Salted Cod and Salted Pollock, Buena Ventura® Salted Pollock and BacalaRico® Salted Pollock. All of our products, which are processed in modern-day manufacturing plants using the centuries-old Gaspé tradition of salting fish, meet U.S. HACCP safety regulations.

From bodegas tucked in neighborhoods throughout New York City to major U.S. grocery retailers, our brands are among the most sought-after salted fish products in the world. We credit our employees, the majority of whom have been with us for 20+ years, with our success.
